Trial and renewal
One plan: 3 days free for new members, then $4.99 USD per month, renewing automatically until canceled. A card is required at checkout. The trial lasts 72 hours from confirmed signup; it does not depend on completing check-ins. Returning subscribers do not receive another free trial.
Cancellation
Open Membership and select Manage or cancel membership. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the current trial or paid period ends. For billing questions or refund requests, email MySteadyCircleApp@gmail.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually; applicable rights are unaffected.
Your first coin
Check in on three separate calendar days to earn a digital recognition coin. It is not a physical product, currency, prize or cash reward. It recognizes check-ins, not a medical outcome.
Billing privacy
Stripe handles card details. Steady stores a Stripe customer identifier linked to your signed-in account and sends your account email and an internal account identifier to Stripe to connect membership. Recovery entries and journals are not sent to Stripe. Stripe processes billing and payment information under its own privacy policy. Do not include sensitive recovery information in billing messages.
Using Steady
Steady offers self-reflection, check-ins and peer encouragement. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, AI counseling or emergency response. Features may change; current features are described in the app. Keep circle messages respectful and share only information you choose.
