Beta email privacy

What we collect

When you opt in, we record your email address, submission time, the version of your consent, a broad source such as website or Facebook, and a random management-token hash. We do not ask for diagnoses, addiction history, recovery status, or your reason for joining.

Why we use it

To manage the free Steady pilot, contact you with beta updates, and invite optional feedback. This consent does not subscribe you to automotive marketing. We do not sell or publish your email list. Site operators can access registrations administratively.

Where it goes

Registration is stored in the app’s Cloudflare D1 database. The beta form does not send a confirmation email. If we later email you, the address will be processed by our email provider for that communication; messages should include a way to opt out. No advertising pixels are included on this beta page.

Your choices

Use the private management link displayed after a new registration to stop future beta updates. Or contact Steady Support at MySteadyCircleApp@gmail.com to request removal or deletion. No payment details are collected and no automatic billing occurs.

Retention

We plan to delete the beta recruitment list within 90 days after the pilot ends unless you separately choose an ongoing subscription. Opt-outs are honored for future beta messages. This policy describes intended retention; automated deletion is not currently implemented.

Separate app records

Beta registration is separate from your journals and circle records. Guest app entries last only for the browser visit; signed-in records use your app account. Circle connections see only messages and the specific coins or summaries you choose to share.
